about

A small private practice with a long curiosity behind it.

Dreamlab.clinic is a private membership organization. The domain says clinic; the structure is membership. It's a project of Dreamlab, which conducts research and development in a number of areas including human performance optimization.

After discovering the power of hyperbaric oxygen and deep near-infrared light to address his longstanding low-grade depressive and addictive symptoms, Jonathan Yankovich focused Dreamlab on making HBOT — hyperbaric oxygen therapy — more accessible to people.

Dreamlab differs from other "healing centers" in that we use specific, measurable inputs — a more "healthy masculine" intervention than the traditionally feminine-dominated alternatives like massage, reiki, acupuncture, sound baths, and energy work. Dreamlab doesn't shine because of technique, subtlety, or intuition. We provide pressure and light at specific doses.

What that looks like:

Dreamlab operates on a private residence in the Town of Dunn, Wisconsin, about 15 minutes south of Madison. dr34m LLC, doing business as Dreamlab Clinic, was filed on April 13, 2026.

Early days. The practice is small and the work is being refined with every session. The $40 intro is the front door — no application, no referral required to walk in. This page exists because if you found us, you deserve to know what stage we're at rather than guess.

This isn't a strip mall clinic. It's a private residence on acreage with five horses in a paddock and a creek — Badfish Creek, fed by the Nine Springs outflow. Your session happens in a quiet room. If the weather's good, you might spend time with the horses after.

The $40 intro is the front door. Everything else is for members. Every session includes a walk through the pasture and an invitation to sit with the horses as long as you like, weather permitting.

90-minute session
For members. The serious option — closer to seventy-five minutes at pressure, more NIR, longer integration, room for add-ons. Pricing is set during membership intake.

Five friendly horses, four acres of pasture, a round pen with seating around it and out among the herd, and a scenic wooded walkway leading to an outdoor seating area. Dreamlab is equipped to provide equine-assisted therapy by inquiry — ground-based work with published evidence indicating improvements for PTSD, anxiety, and autism-spectrum-like disorders.

Dreamlab wouldn't be possible without the transformer — the 2017 paper that made modern AI work. Steve Jobs called the computer a bicycle for the mind. The transformer turned it into a tandem.

For a small practice, that matters. The literature on HBOT and NIR runs to thousands of papers across decades — impossible for a human alone to read, synthesize, and keep current with. AI reads them faster. A human decides what's true enough to publish, and what to do with a person in the room. The site, the science pages, and the systems running underneath were built that way — pedaling together.

In the treatment experience itself, AI is still scoped. It powers the chat assistant, compiles research, and stays out of the way. Deeper integration — tracking protocols across sessions, surfacing personalized research, listening when it should — is on the roadmap, not yet live. We're transparent about where AI earns its place, and where it shouldn't be.

Dreamlab is intentionally small. The $40 intro is open to anyone, but ongoing care is structured through membership — two paths in, either apply directly or come referred by an existing member. Capacity is limited and the vibe is personal: no walk-ins, no advertising.
