typical treatment plan
Example courses by target tissue, and what changes as a course progresses.
Coming soon. We'll cover three representative courses — transcranial for cognitive/neurological work, deep musculoskeletal for joint and injury recovery, and systemic for inflammation and skin. Each plan adapts to the person.
An honest note on the research. Near-infrared light works through photobiomodulation — light at specific wavelengths nudging the mitochondria. The mechanism is well established; the part still being worked out is
dose: how much, how often, and how deep the light actually reaches for a given target. We run conservative, published parameters and read the response rather than chase a number. The honest endpoints are the ones people feel: sleep, energy, recovery, clearer thinking.
More on the mechanism and the dose question.
How We Actually Build Yours
We start with a conversation about what you’re working with and what you’re hoping for, usually over an intro session. From there we pick a starting cadence, watch how you respond over the first handful of sessions, and adjust. The plan answers to your body, not the other way around.
