Train harder. Recover faster.
Think clearer.

Hyperbaric oxygen and near-infrared light therapy for athletes and anyone chasing a cognitive edge. A private center 15 minutes south of Madison.

Same science. Different starting point.

At 1.5 ATA your plasma holds up to 10x more dissolved oxygen — supply for every system at once. The research at this pressure links it to lower systemic inflammation and stem-cell mobilization; the same supply your tissue draws on to repair, it draws on to recover and adapt.

Deep near-infrared light reaches the mitochondria and supports ATP production — the cellular energy behind tissue repair and recovery. Transcranial PBM supports cerebral blood flow and neuroplasticity: the conditions for focus, decision speed, sustained output.

Protocols

Race recovery

Post-event inflammation reduction. hbot + targeted nir on worked muscle groups. One to three sessions.

Training block support

3–5x/week during base building or heavy training. Reduces accumulated inflammation, supports the angiogenic and stem-cell signaling that drives adaptation.

Injury rehab

Targeted nir on injury site + hbot for systemic healing response. Angiogenesis + stem cell mobilization to the injury.

Cognitive edge

Transcranial PBM + hbot for sustained mental performance. A 2025 double-blind RCT at exactly 1.5 ATA showed significant cognitive improvement over sham at 40 sessions — Level 1 evidence.

What we use

1.5 ATA, 90% concentrated oxygen at the nose. Six of eight mechanisms proven at this pressure. No decompression, no ceiling on session length.

820nm at 850+ mW/cm². Penetrates 5cm into muscle, joint, and bone — well past what consumer panels can reach.

810nm through the skull — the most-studied wavelength for brain applications. Cerebral blood flow, neuroplasticity, focus.
