partner with us

A small practice, a few specific things we're looking for.

Veterans

A recurring cohort for weekly equine work

We're looking to set up a regular weekly group of veterans for ground-based equine work at dreamlab. The horses are here. The property is here. The experience is what we're trying to share, and we believe the consistency of a weekly group is where this kind of work lands hardest.

We can offer scheduling consistency, a quiet space, and a supportive setting. We're not a VA-affiliated program, and we're not making clinical claims — this is equine-assisted work in the way that other dreamlab modalities are practiced: educational, recreational, and observational.

Looking for: A handful of veterans, a VSO, or someone who knows a group of vets who'd commit to showing up weekly for several months. Reach out →

Athletes

Lactate testing & recovery for endurance training

If you're training for an Ironman or comparable endurance event, we'd like to consult with you. We're set up to do lactate testing across training blocks and pair the data with HBOT and deep NIR for recovery between sessions.

What we'd offer: regular testing, recovery sessions at a friend-of-the-practice rate, and honest help thinking through what the numbers actually mean. What we'd want back: real data on how protocols land for someone in a serious training block, and the chance to refine what we're doing with athletes who are bringing rigor.

Looking for: A handful of serious endurance athletes — ideally Ironman or similar — in the Madison area willing to be regular case-studies during a training cycle. Reach out →

Researchers & Students

Run a program with us — or sponsor one

Dreamlab grew out of Dream Scientific — see research projects for current threads. We're open to partnering with researchers, graduate students, and faculty in the UW system (or elsewhere) on observational projects involving HBOT, photobiomodulation, equine-assisted work, or measurement of cellular energy markers.

We're a small practice, not an IRB-registered site, and the work here is observational rather than clinical. But the equipment is real, the members are honest, and the data we collect is more than what most wellness practices keep. If you have a hypothesis worth testing or a program worth running, we want to hear it.

Looking for: UW-affiliated (or other) researchers, graduate students seeking a thesis site, or sponsors interested in funding a structured cohort or study. Reach out →

These three are the asks that feel most pressing right now, but dreamlab is open to other shapes of partnership too — coaches, clinicians who want to send people for adjunct sessions, journalists or writers who'd like to spend time here, makers and engineers who want to build something with us. If you've got a thing in mind, write: j@dreamlab.clinic.
